Our purpose is helping out with IT issues to home users and small businesses. We offer quick and simple troubleshooting for Windows/Windows Server operating systems. It can be anything from software issues/reinstalls, device driver issues, printer setting configurations and any other windows OS issues +any other problems.
How it works
- We use Microsoft Quick Assist app to get connection to your PC
- Then we troubleshoot the issue
- Payment is made at the end of the session by using VISA or Mastercard payment card. Safe payment request link(provided by bank) is sent to customers phone or email. No credit card details will be asked over the phone.

What to do before phone call or booked session
To save time, please make sure you have the Microsoft Quick Assist app on your PC and that you have the latest version. To do that: press windows key on your keyboard and type “Quick Assist” – then open app/or install/upgrade.
